If you cut your calories in half – guess what? half your bodyweight will be gone in a period of months. In a nut shell, you’ll be losing weight fast.
But if you cut your calories in half, twice as much water will be gone from your body as fat. In fact it is more than likely that you’ll use up all your fat in the same amount of time, and still be able to lose twice as much weight.
My point being, you can spend a lot of time thinking about how to make yourself smaller, but it will not get done, especially when your afraid of everything that could be wrong.
The fact that you are reading this article right now means you are not worried about how to make yourself smaller, you are just trying to change a few things and feel better. That is a good thing.
